Karen Scott is a compassionate yoga therapist and self-care guide devoted to helping busy professionals, caregivers, and high-stress service workers reconnect with themselves through the healing power of mindful movement and deep rest.

With more than a decade of experience, Karen’s approach blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic tools — creating a safe, accessible space where clients can slow down, breathe deeply, and finally listen to what their bodies have been trying to say.

Since completing her first 200-hour certification in 2011, Karen has continued her advanced training in:

  • Adaptive and trauma-sensitive yoga

  • Yoga Nidra meditation

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Yoga therapy for physical, emotional, and mental wellness

She specializes in working with clients who are experiencing burnout, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection from their bodies due to high-demand lifestyles. Whether through one-on-one yoga therapy, reiki, or her signature self-care integration programs, Karen supports clients in building sustainable wellness rituals that fit their real lives — not someone else’s idea of perfection.
